I recently had a maintenance visit here and let me say, they really do treat you like family. They intially offered to pick up my car from work and drop it off when they were done at no charge, but I just decided to bring it in myself. Their facility is so clean and they really did try to keep me as comfortable as possible. I will be returning and recommending their services.

I absolutely love this location. Very clean, neat, and friendly staff. Personal Thank you to Mrs. Nicole, assisted me with my brake situation and gotten it taken care of!

This was done by Koehne body shop and both the general manager Gerid and mike who’s their body shop manager said this was satisfactory

The whole exhaust fell off my 05 impala. I quickly pulled in to the dealership teary eyed and panicking. Went to the service department to see if they could help. They sprang into action. Hung my exhaust back up, wired it and sent me on my way. I am forever grateful they helped me get home safe and sound. They restored my faith that good people do still exist! Much love to this selfless dealership and their employees.

Completely blown off when I asked why it took 20 minutes after my appointment to get into the shop. Not even one word just turned and walked away. Then when “finished” with my tire they told me they can’t relearn a different tire. I worked when I went there and now it doesn’t. Time and time again problems with this place. Never again

I was on my way for back surgery in Green Bay and I had vehicle problems. I have had my truck into the dealership where I bought it several times and they kept saying nothing was wrong and Gm said to do factory reset. These wonderful people went out of their way to help us out. I know next time I get a vehicle, I will be coming here even thou it is 2-3 hrs away from me. Jay went above and beyond to help us. He even helped load our bags into the loaner car he gave us. They had my truck fixed the very next day. I will recommend these people to everyone I know. Thank you all so very much and Jay you are a very compassionate,kind and caring gentleman. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
