I would not recommend purchasing anything from this dealership. Financial department screwed up the title paperwork so bad months later I'm still unable to plate my new truck.

Unfortunately have to edit my review because my last visit was not ok. I called ahead for prices on what I needed.. let's just say they told me what I wanted to hear and charged me more. Then they forgot to recalibrate my tires, I got a flat and my truck was completely confused.. warnings didn't go off.. Very disappointing ******* Thank you so much for being so awesome!! I made it to the World Championship Robot Tournament to cheer for Team 4391 Gladstone BraveBots because you helped me out on the spot without question with my truck that I did not purchase from you!! You guys are outstanding! If people don't buy from you they're crazy! We're getting set up and ready! Thank you!!

I was interested in a specific vehicle and they had me set up an appointment knowing I live over an hour away to go see that vehicle and when I got there they told me they didn’t update the website and it was sold before the appointment. They knew that it wasn’t even available and they made me set up an appointment for a non available vehicle. The guy I talked to was Ryan. They didn’t even call to tell me it wasn’t even available. Horrible experience and all they want is money. They do not care about anyone but themselves. Would not recommend. 0/10.

I had just brought my truck to the collision center after hitting a deer. And I am not thrilled with their customer service or doing what I was told they were going to do! Their communication with was not there at all! Secondly I was told it would be done in 7 d and I called the seventh day and I was then told there were more parts they were waiting for when I had to have it the following day for a trip! They managed to get it back to drivable for me to take on the trip but was no where complete. I was then told it would be another three days to finish when I brought it back after my trip. Well needless to say I got it back 5 days later and not happy with the end result! I was told my two driver side doors would have been painted because of the scratch down the doors from the deer and the doors were never touched! I could go on forever but I believe that’s good enough I believe others will get the point on the collision center. I think it is kind of funny that every bad review the owner says to contact the team maybe someone should be contacting us if the are serious about fixing things and showing customer service! That’s just my opinion!

I really wasn't looking to buy a truck, but they showed me one with features I was looking for. I was hooked. They took care of me and gave me the 5 star treatment from beginning to end. They rock, highly recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish. Mark Simon was very patient and knowledgeable. We could have not been more pleased with our new truck. If you’re looking for an honest and reputable dealership, this is definitely the place.
