Came in because Witt Chevrolet would not help me out. 2 1/2 hours from home and my work truck blew a boot. Brand new 21 3500 and Witt would not help me. Barely talked to me after explaining this is my work truck. Came to Koehne and explained the situation and right away got someone on the truck and got me going. Very pleased with Koehne and will never debate where to get my service done if im broke down around here again.

I was on a fishing vacation in the Marinette area having towed my boat 160+ miles to get to there. While pulling my boat out of the water getting ready to head back home, my high mileage Tahoe started to make whining "bee like" sound where the pitch would change with speed. Thinking the worst, I stopped at Koehne Chevrolet Buick GMC and one of the Ben's employed there came out to see if he could determine a cause and assess if I should even attempt to drive the vehicle back home. Luckily it was not a transmission issue, but low power steering fluid! A quick stop to his parts area and for a nominal purchase I was back on the road and the sound was gone! Many places would have said to leave the vehicle and they'd look at it when they could and charge a diagnosis fee etc. and take advantage of someone in a predicament. Wow! Best service ever!!! We have bought many vehicles in our life time and these people exceed them all!!! They even took the time to go through EVERYTHING on the vehicle so we knew how everything worked before leaving their lot. We never felt rushed at any moment by them. Our sales person was phenomenal! He wasn't like some of the others who are high pressure. He was the best! I would recommend this company/place to anyone considering purchasing a vehicle.

Horrible customer service! Tried for a week to schedule an appointment for some warranty work. Got the run-around; transferred to multiple people leaving multiple messages, but no answers or an appointment. After a week, I finally gave up and scheduled with another dealer that was more than happy to have our business. We won't be back!
