The recall appointment was made a couple of weeks ago. I arrived on time. They said it would take about an hour or two. A half hour went by and the service rep came to me with the keys. “That was fast”, I said. “We didn’t do anything, we don’t have the part for the recall repair “, said the service rep. I guess Russ Darrow Kia doesn’t prep the day before. I give them one star because otherwise I can’t submit the review.

The video of the mechanic doing a full undercarriage visual evaluation they sent me has me convinced that I don't want to go anywhere else for my mechanic work. This transparency and thoroughness is beyond anything I've experienced before. I also made the appointment only a week beforehand which is also difficult to get elsewhere.

I want to thank, Eric, from Russ Darrow Kia of Madison Service. He was exceptionally helpful from first contact to last contact. I had a blown engine near Madison (I live in Milwaukee County). To say that I was stressed is an understatement. He relieved my stress by keeping me informed, he replaced my engine in a little over a week. He was courteous, and listened to my problems, when he very well didn't have to. Eric, you are awesome and well appreciated!!!! Thank you for kindness!

Quick, friendly service. Love the video of the vehicle inspection. Kindly got my plates switched for free as a bonus! All around a very pleasant experience and reasonable price. Do note they charge 3% for credit cards so best to use debit or cash.

My car was stolen. That in itself was a traumatic experience, but it happens. What I didn’t expect was the disregard that occurred with the repair agency that was paid directly by my insurance who also requested repairs. At least two workers were rude. My insurance paid for a deep cleaning and we didn’t receive one. While standing outside at the dealership, the worker claimed that they provided me with a curtesy cleanse which only included vacuuming. When inquired about a deep cleaning, he told me it would take at least another two weeks without my vehicle. They had it for more than a month. Got my car after it was sitting outside for who knows how long and it only had enough gas for four miles. I’m pretty certain all the work requested by the insurance agency wasn’t completed. I called to complain and none of the mangers called back. I will file a complaint. Update: Once a manager called me back, he agreed to provide me the service that our insurance company had already paid for, if I amended my Google critique. So, now I’m giving them one star because they clearly only care about what we write on Google and not the actual service paid for.
