I dropped my car off at 7 AM for what should have been a pretty quick service. I had an appointment for 7:30. I got a text at 7:30 saying they'll be texting me updates from this number. Fast forward to 3:30 PM and I haven't heard anything. I texted back the number an didn't hear back. I called the service department and received a snarky response from a woman that the team would call me back when they have an update. She was unwilling to check with the actual service department on the status. I have no idea what's going on with my car right now. This should have been done this morning. I consistently have a bad experience when I bring my car here but they are the only Kia dealer nearby so I have to keep coming back.

Will was professional, friendly, and helpful assisting me. Minor work but given the same courtesy & attention as a large job. Work done promptly. End of the day but still included the car wash rather than rushing me out the door. First time here, will return again.
