My son’s car broke down on the way home from West HS right in front of Percy’s. We couldn’t have been luckier. Jerry and his staff were friendly, fast, affordable, and transparent. I cannot recommend this place enough. They have customers for life with our family.

Noticed coolant on my garage floor so I brought my car in and was told I needed a new radiator. This seemed fishy to me as the drip on my floor was not even close to under my radiator so I brought it to a different shop for a second opinion and was told my intake manifold gasket was faulty. This should have been replaced by Percy's less than a year ago when he repaired my head gasket so I called 2 weeks ago to see if it was under warranty. Jerry said he'd check and call back the next day. Since that initial call, he hasn't called me once, he has ducked numerous phone calls, he's sworn it was still the radiator even though I have video evidence from the other shop of it being the gasket and that the radiator has no issues, and been completely unprofessional during the few calls I have gotten ahold of him. Today I had to hide my phone number in order to get him to answer. The lack of professionalism is unlike anything I've ever experienced before.

I'll give 5 stars and more to Percy's Service Station for how attentive and polite the owner is to talk with. We discussed the problems I'm currently experiencing with my old 1991 Dodge Dakota and my knowledge tells me that this place is the real deal and I now need to be going to for future repairs.
