Speedy and efficient service in fixing a flat. Goodyear tires were under warranty, so no charge. Friendly and helpful staff!
Very expensive and unprofessional service. I got my car serviced and went back home popped the hood and they literally left the radiator cap open.

I had 4 flat tires in 2 weeks and on my 4th tire I went back to Goodyear to see what the heck was going on and Gavin (my new friend now haha) was at the desk. He’s THE most genuine, kind, patient and friendliest person! He helped me get my new tires fixed and explained all the possibilities of what went wrong. I had my kid with me and he offered us water and let us hang in the waiting area until I figured out how to pay for yet ANOTHER tire. Gavin made our experience so much more enjoyable! And might I add for the second time! What a lovely human and I have to say I had a great experience despite having just dropped hundreds of dollars on new tires. Gavin you rock!
I went in to get me alignment done, gentleman at the front took 15 minutes and said that I didn’t need it done. Saved me 120+ dollars and I really appreciated the honesty. I would recommend this place to anyone worried about dishonest mechanics, they got good people here who want to help you regardless of the cash
Nice staff, get the credit card you will get a discount and visa gift card.
Brought car in for multiple repairs. At pickup all was fixed except for 1 (understandable because it is intermittent and you have to drive it to see it happen). Turned around and immediately brought it back. They fixed it. Overall, very satisfied, and will come again.
Had a tire replaced here, when they put the new tire on they over tightened and totally stripped the lug nuts. Very expensive and time consuming trying to replace this tire years later. Horrible work done by people who don’t care about you or your vehicle. I tell everyone who will listen to avoid these guys. Clowns
