I went in for an oil change and was asked if I used synthetic oil, to which I replied "yes." When I came back later I was told it was all done, but I noticed once I got home that they switched me to synthetic blend which, online, usually costs half as much as full synthetic. On top of that, they ended up charging me $10.99 a quart when the synthetic blend they used only cost $3.29 on sale on the NAPA store online and $6.99 regularly. While I can understand not receiving the sale price, I'm still not sure why there is a 57% upcharge when the oil is still coming from the NAPA Autoparts store as well. When I went in to talk to them, I was told that they are "unable to get those prices. And that if I want to I can bring in my own oil" and they would just charge me the $35 for the oil change. If i had known that the oil they used was going to be so grossly overcharged, I would have done that. They also told me that they switched to the synthetic blend because that is what the manufacturer recommends, but I wasn't told of this beforehand. They gave me a quote beforehand of $125 which I knew was a lot, but for full synthetic, I didn't think it was too overpriced. Overall, everyone was nice, but I think the upcharging that people note in their reviews is very apparent after my visit

Exceptional service! Honda. where I purchased my Element and who had serviced it for 17 years and with only 100K miles, told me to scrap my car when I took it in for a noisy rear wheel. Quick and easy experience. I call day before and got in next day. I need rewiring of headlights. Lady told me estimate and payment was only 30$ more than anticipated. Would go here again.

This shop chooses to overcharge in exchange for a large service department and great location. I have always been told that you can pick two out of three in terms of service, quality, and price, but $500 in part costs when an OEM part directly from a dealership is $230 is a step too far. If you can spend above dealership prices for the convenience then go for it, just don't expect free inspections, low labor costs, or reasonable part costs.

Not only were each of the people we talked to unpleasant they are crooks . Along a $200 minimum diagnosis they asked $350 to install a new battery. I purchased a battery for $130 and installed it in their parking lot in 5 mins.
