Bob's Auto is great and gets the job done. Brian and Jim are the people I spoke with/dealt with and they were great to work with and very professional. I would highly recommend this place. Thanks Bob's Auto service!

Traveling through beautiful La Crosse Wisconsin in my Toyota Prius. Mechanical issues needed attention before being on the road again. Jim at Bob’s Auto Services was booked seven days out. Jim understood the time restraints of travel. Jim stayed after closing hours to get the required work done before one could say; Bobs Your Uncle, without hesitation or the restraints of a dealer. I am very pleased to be back on the road without delay! Yay Bob’s Auto Service.

I went in to have my brakes & rotors replaced. Jim got me in earlier than the opening time to drop it off for an inspection. The inspection was very quick and they had it done early the next morning. There was an oversight on the inspection and they missed that one of my calipers needed to be replaced so they didn’t quote me for that. However Jim had it taken care of free of charge. Jim was very nice and honest about everything. I will definitely be returning for all of my other car needs and will be referring Bobs to everyone.
