Went in for my brakes. Price was fair, got me in relatively short notice, didn't have to pay any extra for a loaner, and my car drives much better now. I'll be back

They did a great job of accommodating our needs to get our tire changed on a Saturday evening though they were busy.

I went to Bob’s for an issue with my brakes, and they were very helpful and understanding. As a college-aged woman, I was a little hesitant to go by myself, but the workers at Bob’s were fantastic. It never felt like they were taking advantage of me, and they even gave me a discount without asking. The customer service is unmatched here and worth the few extra dollars!

Put on the wrong catalytic converter! We discovered this after the fact when the check engine came back on. But we still took our car back several times hoping to not run into a similar situation. More recently, we had our car in for diagnosis and were given a loaner. We were sitting outside a store in the parking lot when it started smoking! Called Bob's who then called a tow truck. We didn't want to wait with our child for an hour + so we were forced to pay for an Uber back to the repair shop. We get back there and our car still isn't done. We got our diagnosis and were on our way. Then, traction control off came on suddenly. Car started to run rough. Called Bob's and Nelson said it was "nothing we did." Why did it come on after you were just tinkering with our car for hours? Not taking our car back ever again! You were given too many chances and you messed up our car.

On my way to Gundersen Clinic with my parents and got a flat tire. Stopped at two other places in LA Crosse and nobody would help me! Stopped at Bob's Auto Service in La Crosse and they took the time to fix it immediately!!! I live 90 miles from La Crosse and did not want to drive all the way home on a spare! Guy at front desk was helpful as could be and the young man that fixed my tire was very professional! If your near Gundersen Clinic and need tire or car repair, this is the place to go! Had a great experience with Bob’s Auto. My daughter was having trouble with her brakes and we were able to get the car in quickly and pick up the same day. Staff were extremely helpful and the service was above and beyond.

I brought my car in since it would not start without revving. I explained how I replaced the battery and filter but had no other knowledge of cars. The people at Bob’s auto were very communicative with me and took my car in that afternoon. The next day, I was given a quote and had the issue finished by the end of that day! I didn’t even have the car in the shop for 24 hours. They also sent a full review of the visit with pictures of possible trouble spots in the future and explanations of solutions. I highly recommend Bob’s auto if you’re in the La crosse area!

Was on my way to work at the hospital and my 23 year old Lexus SUV started emitting white smoke from under the hood. I called AAA and they brought it directly to Bob’s for repair. I had not used their service in the past, and was pleasantly surprised at how efficiently they were able to fix the problem, and got it up and running better than ever. I recommend them highly to anyone!

Jim is very kind, helpful, and straightforward. Took my car in for wiper issues and he had solved the problem within minutes! Bob's seem to value their customer relationships which has not been my experience with other shops in the area. I will definitely be using them in the future and recommending them to others.
