Was trying to buy a used vehicle here. The vehicle ended up being a Canadian import. The manufacturer voids all warranties when vehicles are imported to United States. They first tried selling me a extended warranty, so the vehicle would be covered. And then eventually they said they would give me a warranty that covers just like the factory. I drove six and a half hours to their location after verifying the vehicle was in great shape and clean to find out it was filthy, headliner had marks in it and the vehicle didn't even have correct wheels. The used car manager said he didn't know the vehicle had wrong parts. Damon was my salesperson, he was fantastic and honest. Everything that was going on in the background was not told to him. The used vehicle side seems very shady, and I would double or triple check everything on vehicles there. But on the plus side I was able to listen to 13 hours of great music while wasting my time.

I went in for an oil change. They did change my oil... I called to schedule an appointment and it was made for the 19th of January at 1pm. I came in at 1230 to drop it off. They said I was not on the appointment list. When I was making my appointment on the phone she asked if I wanted my tired rotated as well. I said "yeah sure". Thinking that the tire rotation was included in the oil change with no extra charge, like at every other car dealership or anywhere else you get your oil change. She did not state to me that this would be an extra fee otherwise I would have declined. Even though I made an appointment but was not on the schedule they did get me in but not until 2pm (good thing we have an extra vehicle so i can get my kids from school). When I went to go pick it up she told me that since it was nicer out today they gave me a car wash as well. I thought that was very nice since they were doing it for no charge. Went out to my car after I paid over $100 for a simple oil change, my van was NOT washed. This, I did not mind since I wasn't charged, it was the lie that urked me. I then went into my van to start it and leave, my steering wheel was full of dirt and other crap I'm not sure of. Not only my steering wheel but for some reason my passenger seat had dirt and white stuff all over it. This really upset me because just the day before I spent an hour cleaning the inside of my van. They charged me over $100 for an oil change and tire rotation, Tire rotation they did not even tell me was going to be extra, they made the inside of my car dirty as hell, and they lied about a car wash. I will not go back to S&L motors for an oil change again. And once my vans warranty is up through them, I will not go back for any other issues I have. I will go to Witt auto.

Oil change and tire rotation done in a timely manner. Staff very friendly and helpful as I had a question about the rear windshield wiper. Car was washed and looked better than ever!

First time service customer at S&L and I could not have been more disappointed. I reached out ahead of time to provide what was wrong with the vehicle and parts that would be needed. I did this in hopes that my visit would be as efficient as possible. I also stated I'd be interested in learning about and pricing out some new tires. I got a call from someone stating that the tires had to be sold by a "different team" but collected the information needed to have someone call me with specifics. The appointment date came and I never received a call. I showed up at the appointment time of 9:00 AM and they had little to no record seemingly of what I had provided ahead of time. I left my vehicle with them and discussed tires before my ride was ready/available (no issue with the ride service - very personable driver). I left the conversation with the tire guy believing I had agreed to buy new top tier tires and was going to research if snow tires make sense for my driving needs in the coming weeks. I didn't get a call until after 4:00pm informing me that the tailgate needed a part (which I had attempted to communicate before my scheduled appointment) they didn't have, and similarly my other issue required a significant amount of time to address. They had not addressed it with the time they had my vehicle but had just diagnosed what it would take to fix it (not an uncommon action but I'm peeved they had the truck all day and could only tell me what it would take to fix it after 4:00pm). They informed me they had changed the oil and replaced the air filter I had agreed to have replaced. The also shared that they had rotated the tires, which lead me to ask why I'm being charged for tire rotation when I'm getting new tires? At which time they shared they weren't aware I was getting new tires. At literally every point of customer interaction there was a significant failure to share accurate information on their end. I'm practically begging to buy tires and have my vehicle serviced in an efficient manner and they couldn't make it happen. I was not charged for the tire rotation and after pushing back on the issues experienced I believe the oilchange/filter cost was reduced. I have another appointment scheduled for next week to actually fix the issues and receive the new tires I want. I'm very disappointed and if I have even a sniff of an issue with the follow up appointment I will be going elsewhere unless dealing with an absolute emergency. My experience seemed to be a failure in nearly every internal process of the business. I dont believe any individual person was responsible or to blame but rather the processes here are completely siloed and broken.

We had our vehicle 2023 Chrysler Pacifica there for a repair for the tire pressure sensor on 1/2/24 and were told that it would take one week when the appointment was made. The vehicle was "fixed" before the week time period was up. We received multiple calls to pick the vehicle up and were asked if we planned on picking it up. When we did pick the vehicle up on 1/11/24 we did not even get five miles when the light came back on and the vehicle was not fixed. Extremely disappointed.

It's been a busy couple of days. Really crazy. But I want to thank S & L motors for helping my family and I out getting us into a new truck. It has a ton of room for everyone. We love the truck. S & L motors was great cutting money off of the top of the truck so it would fit into our budget we hope the van finds a new home it was a great van. Dan was great he answers all of my questions and was very helpful and picked up that phone many times even after hours. This family will be forever grateful for the friends we have and the great people we have met in this process. So here it is we bought a 2019 dodge ram 1500 5.7 liter it's an amazing truck and we love it. I definitely will be back to buy another vehicle from them and I will definitely tell my family and friends about them. If your looking for a dealership that actually listens to you and is willing to work with you on the price of your vehicle. These guys are it. Thank you again Dan and S & L motors for everything.

I purchased my Ram truck from S&L and choose to have all oil changes and/or service done by the dealer. Courteous service and attention to detail is why I will drive the extra distance to S&L. I discovered an added bonus to my trucks value on a car-fax printout due to having all service performed by a qualified Ram dealer.

I was up in the area for Thanksgiving when my water pump went out on my Charger. 130 miles away from home is never a good time for a break down. Called S&L on a recommendation and they were closed for the weekend and told me that there 1st available appt was 2 weeks away. The car was towed to them and I found a way home. To my surprise on Monday they were able to look at the car and could complete the repair on Tuesday. I was thrilled. S&L stayed in contact with me and gave me updates. Needless to say I was happy that they fixed it much earlier than expected. Great customer service and would recommend them to anyone! Thanks S&L!

The service team at S&L Motors did a great job handling my routine vehicle maintenance today. Wanda ensured all my concerns were addressed during the process. What's more, due to their shuttle driver not being available, Wanda drove me to my job site herself and had another team member pick me up later in the day. Thank you to all for the great service.
