I purchased my ‘17 Ram 1500 in October of that year and have always taken it there (S & L Motors) for service. The truck has been extremely reliable and I have complete faith in my service adviser (Wanda) and the service team at S & L to maintain it in tip top condition. Oh, did I mention that in a little over 4 years we’ve put on 243,901 miles! I now have 265039 miles and I’m still lovin’ it. I now have 286,860 miles on it and still running like a top. Thanks to the service team @ S & L Motors! Edit: now 292,344 miles, went in for a LOF and alignment and still running good . No problems and good service from S&L Motors. Edit: I now have a 2022 Ram 1500 bought new from this dealership in October 2022. Since then I’ve put on 65,000 miles with no problems. Went in for LOF and tire rotation today and was very quickly back on the road. They have always provided excellent service in a very friendly way. Thank you S & L Motors. It is extremely hard to find a car dealership that actually cares and tries to help people. I have lived in Wisconsin for 28 years and I know of 2 dealerships that actually care and want to help their customers. S&L Motors in Pulaski is one of those dealerships. Back in 2018, S&L's salesman Jake Waters helped me get into my first Mopar vehicle, a 2013 RAM 2500. I absolutely loved that truck and it was a beast. Today, almost 6 years later we have come full circle and Jake and the fine people at S&L Motors are helping me tremendously by buying a vehicle from me. They gave me the exact price that I wanted when they didn't have to. I want to sincerely thank Jake Waters and the folks at S&L Motors for doing business the honest way. I’m sorry for the little tantrum but everybody has a quirk or two on some subjects, & the only thing that was requested was forgotten. But I have it done now & looks great. Glad I found this nice SUV. Was a pleasure doing business with Mitch & over & beyond video he sent.

Jacob (Sales) and Don (Finance) were excellent to work with. We traveled 2 hours for this vehicle as it was what my wife had been waiting for. I have loyalty to another large local dealership and was regretting to agree on going to S&L. They proved me wrong and the transaction was easy and seamless, in and out within an hour. Good service and price. I wasn’t happy the way my van was left after the installation of a part behind the passenger seat. The floor was still in the raised position and the seat behind the wasn’t completely down.

Had truck in for repairs that should not have failed this early. The mechanic(Kevin) and service writer (julie) had great communication throughout the 2 days with updates top notch! Truck fixed.

Had a great experience buying a used Ram 1500. Greatly appreciated that they didnt try to sell me anything other than an extended warranty. Sales and finance folks were very knowledgeable and personable. Would buy there again.
