Mike is incredibly friendly and takes pride in his work. He took his time when loading my Corvette on to a flat bed to make sure to use the right tow points, use mini ramps to ensure the front bumper cleared, and even helped me jump start it to roll up the windows.

Did not need to use their services, however a huge thank you and kudos to the owner for answering my call so late in the night and staying on stand-by for me while I figured out my vehicle problems on the side of the freeway! Very kind customer service and pricing seemed reasonable for the quote he gave me. Seems like a very honest, caring company! Give them a call!

They decided to tow my vehicle in the evening. They were given the garage name, address, shop owners name and number. They left my vehicle at the wrong address, wrong shop, and didn’t even call to confirm where they left it. I went to the garage and my vehicle was missing. Luckily I spotted it down the road parked at a different garage and had to figure out where they left my keys.

I had broken down in oostburg Wisconsin and the driver Mike was able to come out a little after midnight an get me back home with my truck and was able to accommodate my crew cab long box 4x4 diesel with no problem the service was great and the driver was very personable I would recommend the company and Mike anytime you need a tow

Mike went above and beyond to fix my tire in the short time frame I had until I had to leave town! He worked late into the evening to make sure my tire was fixed. He communicated with me every step of the way. Thank you Mike and thank you Depot for coming through for me! 5+ stars!!

Company was going to charge for a service that was not needed. Costing me a 1,000$ when other competitors would charge less for the service. They took advantage of my time as much as they could. I wouldn't recommend this place. To add to the clarification you tried charging my shop that much when I was hoping to start a commercial account.

Communication was awful, and they don't do loaners. I had a transmission replaced here and was told up front that they did not do loaner cars. They were able to get me in sooner than a dealership but had I known the repairs would take 9 business days to do I would not have come here. The price of renting a car alone would have swayed me to a dealership. The roughest part was the phone calls. The transmission came in on a friday and I had asked if there was a eta, thinking it would take a week as I have a compact car, Nissan versa 2014. They were hoping early in the week as in two or three business days. Come Tuesday I start calling at 3pm to check and everyday they are hoping the next day. Had they called me on any of the days that would have gotten them a better review, but it never happened. When I called on Friday at 4, I was told the shop closed at 4, so I check their online hours which quote it was open til 5:30. This is America, you can close your shop as you wish but communicate with your customers. Come Monday of the following week I call at 3 and they say we just need to test drive it, come on in and pick it up. When I arrive at 4:50 I am told to pick it up on the morning as they did not get to test drive it the shop got busy. Once again that is life and it happens but with no communication I now have to change my plans and get a ride. I can't bring myself to take vehicles here again or recommend them.
