Bought 2 tires. Within 6 months both blew out. Of course they would not stand behind them. And got an attitude from the woman who thinks she runs the place
Went there they're were too busy. Which I understand, I then ask to set an appointment they told me I could only do it online. I went there many times before to set an appointment in person or I called. I don't see why I have to go online.
Absolutely great! They looked at my car right away and knew what the problem was right away. We worked out what would be good quality tires and fully installed the same day. It's literally the fastest service ever!!! I got all four cooper tires. All terrain is the best choice I could ever make. Feels like I am driving on clouds.
They did a great job on my tires!
No issues with my oil change or getting new tires mounted
The Plymouth wi location for Auto service weekends are the best. They made time for me when other locations were strictly appointments only
Needed new tires on a vehicle I just received and was given an attitude when I was told"" I needed a special tool to take them off and how i dont have that tool"" then they asked if i wanted to still buy the tiers 🤡 , so I said never mind I take it some where else "FIRESTONE" . They had no issues taking the wheels off AND they had no attitude
It's Wal-Mart... sometimes it works great, sometimes not so much. They had the best price in the tires I needed, but no availability to install. Bought tires and let another h er shop do install. Best of both worlds.
