Was there for an oil change for my wife's car. After the 2 oil change professional LOL, bad mouthed our local garage that does 99% of our car mantance. He proceeded to talk about what they did wrong with the Last oil change. I asked if they were going to clean the windshield and they said they did, it was as dirty as it was when I was there. I asked again if he could reclean it and he became combative with my request, like I was being unreasonable asking to have him clean the windshield, this After a 93$ oil change. Last time I will be going to that take 5 in Hartford. Only reason I went was because I couldn't get it into my normal garage because of time arrangements. Shame on me. If you want an overpriced, under standard oil change than you will love this place .LOL.I would of given them a zero stars, but that's not option.

I honestly can’t begin to understand how this place has a 4.6 rating after my experience and then learning about the experience others have had as well. Yes it sounds good to get a 10 minute oil change while sitting in your car, especially for those who have busy lives. But don’t do. It will lead to so many more problems with your vehicle. I got my oil changed there and within a month I noticed that my oil life had dropped more than usual. Eventually I realized I had a decent oil leak. During that time I began adding oil to my car everyday until my oil change appointment at a real shop and by the time I took it to them my oil was literally just pouring out of my car. Also my check engine light has been on since I noticed the oil leak. I was worried they were going to tell me that something really bad was wrong causing the leak. Come to find out it was because the people at take 5 did not put my oil filter on all the way. I mean come on. And apparently I am not the first person that’s happened to. On top of that…the take 5 people also told me I had a very slow rear main seal leak. However when I had the mechanics look at it, they said there was definitely not a leak. So not only did these guys who don’t know what they are doing tell me I had an oil leak I never actually had, they caused me to have an even worse one which resulted in me having to pay lots and lots of money for all of the oil I had to buy that was just pouring back out and also to get my check engine light problem taken care of being that I can’t renew my expired registration until I go through emissions which I won’t pass with the check engine light on due to them pretending to be mechanics which clearly they are not. Don’t waste your money on this place and chance wrecking your vehicle. Take it to a real mechanic like Joes slinger service in slinger.

The team did a good job in and out in about 10 minutes. Offered a bottle of water as I was waiting in my vehicle. Pricing was good for a quick lube service.

Two thumbs up! I had a great tech who was super friendly as well as helpful. They got me in and out super fast and explained the entire process. I will definitely be back for my next oil change! Highly recommend.

Fast and friendly service. However, shortly after my oil change, I noticed oil drops under my car in the garage. Took it back and they said everything was tight and could not find a leak. Took it to the dealer and found they over tightened the oil plug and damaged the seal. Had to pay for a new plug and oil change from the dealer.

Just needed air in the tires this time but he jumped right on it and was very courteous
