Zac /Zane and Charles did a tremendous job on my oil /Air and Cabin filter on my work truck I was in and out as promised great job great crew keep up the good work.

They started draining my oil before even presenting me the prices. What if I didnāt have $90?? Not to mention I could have went to Walmart and done it myself for $40, it was just faster this one time. Maybe $20 for the convenience (making it a $60 oil change) but an extra $50!? Not that convenient š . If I knew the prices before they started draining my oil, I would have left but they had me stuckā¦I would give them 1 star because they definitely ripped me off but they are nice and gave a bottle of water but tell the customers prices before hand!! damnš this is also a bit random but stop with the advertisements like āquicker than you can connect to wifiā, it takes me 5-10 seconds to connect to wifi, it takes 5-10 minutes for an oil changeš

I really like the people that work at the Hartford location. Never had a problem and always get great service!

Been going there for years nice polite people. Decent oil change, usually donāt check trans fluid and no more window washing
