Great Experience....Everything was Chop Chop! They seem to have a good system set up...Everyone was friendly and they provided transportation.

Every employee I've worked with has done way more than I expected. I've used Hudson Ford since it opened and trusted it so much that I've had my relatives bring their cars here ... when they're not Fords.
I'm not happy about this service department first they couldn't find my appointment until I showed them the text from their service department .they told n Cre it would take 2 days it took 7 then the service Tec said he called to let me know it was ready I didn't receive any call. Then my walking cane was missing the service manager said he checked with the mechanic that worked on my car they couldn't find not even any offer to replace it he did offer an oil change for free.not a great experience

I ordered four new tires and they arrived in time for my appointment. I had them mounted & balanced plus a four wheel alignment. The job was done in just over a half hour and I am very satisfied with my new Cooper tires. I had enough Ford Pass points to substantially reduce the amount of my bill, plus an option for more points or a cash rebate. I chose to add points and Michaela was very helpful assisting me in getting the process completed. I have bought or leased four new Fords from here and have done virtually all of my service and repairs on both of my vehicles at Hudson Ford over the last ten years and I keep returning because of the great dealings I've had with all departments.
