New to the area and work hours make it impossible to do anything Schaefer got me in to do a emissions test after they were done for the day and was very fast!!! If I have auto issues I'm checking them out first

Super expensive not willing to work with you and will out source work to thee most expensive place they can… definitely would not recommend. And they left my car unlocked anything could have been stolen out of it!

Samantha, we are very sorry to hear you had anything less than a wonderful experience with us. We would like an opportunity to explain our side. When we towed your vehicle in on February 1st, 2023, we mentioned trying to have your insurance cover the towing charge. However, you did not have full coverage insurance. There was some bodywork to have done on your vehicle, so we tried to get you in touch with a body shop to have an estimate done. They ended up saying it was not fixable. On February 8th, 2023, we left a message that your car was still sitting on our lot and explained the storage fee for leaving your car in our lot. We did receive a call on February 9th, 2023 about the vehicle and the next steps. Scrapping your vehicle would have left you with about $7 and some change left to pay after everything was said and done. Before this happened, one of our employees walked out to you and handed you $10 out of his pocket to cover the $7 extra on the storage fees. Please, feel free to reach out to further discuss the situation further.

Schaefer's always does a thorough job. This repair issue was discovered during a routine oil change..the tech took the time to check for problems and discovered what needed repair, something that I wouldn't have noticed.
