Have been bringing both of our vehicles here for years, everyone is always so nice! Very reasonable prices, service is great and the knowledge is second to none - I'll always trust them with our cars, and to fix what's needed but also be honest when something is not necessary to fix in that moment - great people!

I've been taking my vehicle to Joe's for about 4 years now. I've always thought they were a bit on the pricier side, but they had been reliable for me so I was willing to pay more for the service. I had an electrical issue with my vehicle that was way more expensive to repair than it should have been, it took multiple visits to pinpoint the problem. I understood the complexity of the issue, so I was willing to let it slide. I then took my vehicle in for an oil change and they had some recommended maintenance. What put me over the edge was the fact that they marked up the spark plug costs by 261%. $31.29 per spark plug for something that costs $9 when I looked up the specific model. I understand some mark up is needed, but 261% is excessive with the already higher than average hourly labor rate. It was the push I needed to get a second quote. I was able to get all of the services performed for roughly $1200 less than what I was quoted.
