Schaefers replaced front and rear brakes on my Ford F150. The work was performed in a professional manner and the brakes function as they should. The service writer Katie was very knowledgeable, professional and respectful. I will definitely use Schaefers for future repairs. It's always good when you find an honest repair shop. (Not my real name) I went for a minor fix and was given all sorts of “advice” that I didn’t need. Using scare tactics on me isn't going to win me over. I’ll gladly go elsewhere in that case.
