I had my car brought to Kar-X after my accident because many of the body shops I talked to had long wait times before they could even look at my car. Felix promised he would look at my vehicle immediately and he did. He had an estimate of damage within 2 days of receiving my car. Eventually the insurance company totaled my car so Kar-X didn't perform any work on it but Felix was always available, returned all my calls promptly and gave me access to my vehicle for removal of personal items at my convenience and helped me with my many questions.
