Horrible experience. Don’t ever go there if you get in a car accident and need to get it repaired. They destroyed/damaged MORE than what I can in with and. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!! Go to a different location instead.

Roman from Caliber St Francis is a very professional contact to work with. I was severely delayed due to a trailer hitch and his team kept me informed every step of the way. They also offered me other options on releasing my vehicle to me with or without out the trailer as it is not necessary for my lifestyle. Hopefully I will never see them again, but if I had to, I will bring it back to Caliber.
