Very disappointed. I took my vehicle in for repair after being hit by a deer. When I went to pick it up there was still deer hair in the cracks, the paint job was crummy, and my vehicle was left filled with dust on the inside. I returned it and was told that I would get a detail on the inside, and all of the repair issues would be remedied. When I went to pick it up a second time there was still deer hair, my vehicle was not detailed. I was told that it was clearly a miscommunication because all there guys do is wipe the inside down, but this was obviously not done. As I was walking around the vehicle the caliber collision Representative pulled the additional deer hair out as if to say "there you go. It's good to go now". How exhausting is it to actually expect quality service these days. Very dissatisfied.

This has been my 3rd experience with Caliber. 1st at the Grafton location. My truck was originally taken to the Oak Creek location and shipped to Grafton due to their ability to get it in sooner. I was promised a day to pick it up in Oak Creek and it didn't happen so had to drive way out to Grafton to get it. It was lightly raining and hard to thoroughly inspect the truck outside. I had to go straight to the airport and this inconvenience made it a mad dash to make a flight. When I got back I had residue all over the windows and throughout areas of the body. They tried to make it right by returning to inspect it and then scheduling it to fix it or pick a place to clay bar it and wax it for $225.00 After calling several places no one would touch it for that. Taking it back was a huge inconvenience and I would need a rental since. So the end result was me getting a $200 gift card to do it myself since to get it corrected the right way costs more money and time. Between all 3 locations 2 in Georgia and Grafton here's the list. Overspray Body parts falling off Loose fog light which broke because of being loose so now it's on me. Wrong part installed Parts installed incorrectly Dead Battery More overspray and residue Promised delivery dates not being met costing additional rental fees. Yes they have a lifetime warranty and are more than willing to correct things. But going to a shop where the work wasn't done you aren't welcomed with open arms. I don't blame them either. Plus the inconvenience of taking it back, then scheduling the warranty work. I'm all about 2nd chances but the quality issues continue. In all I would estimate over $800 spent and 4 workdays lost using Caliber.

I had to have my windshield, hood, and front grill replaced. The body work/paint job was excellent and my SUV looks brand new. Nekayah was great to work with and got my vehicle back to me in a very timely manner! I’ll do all my body work there from now on! Great experience!
