Very good service. Alex kept me informed on the process of the repairs and I was able to pickup the car three days ahead of estimated time given me at the beginning of the job. I would definitely recommend the place.

The staff at Caliber Collision in Grafton Wisconsin, were informative, polite and responsive throughout the entire repair process. The workmanship was superb, and the communication was excellent. The repair was completed ahead of schedule, and Dwight at Caliber kept me informed throughout the process. I would recommend this shop to my family and friends.

Staff I encountered were polite and courteous. Ali and Claire were great!! Appreciated the text status updates on my vehicle repairs. Lastly very satisfied with finish results and how they worked with me to get my vehicle back to me.
