I have a warranty (txxw white paint concerns warranty )on my 2016 Hyundai sonata for pre mature paint peeling and I need an estimate done for repainting my roof- work was refused by caliber collision because they don't get paid enough for warranty work - smdh very upset 😑

The whole team at Caliber is an absolute pleasure to work with! Tracy, the receptionist, is hands down the most friendly person I think I’ve ever talked to in my entire life. She is such a pleasure to talk to and work with. The amount of empathy and people skills she has are so valuable. Mike was also just amazing to work with. He was honest, accountable, and dependable with the information he provided throughout my car’s time in the shop - from the inspection all the way to the finish line. My car had some pretty extensive damage, requiring several hours of work, and I honestly wasn’t even sure if I would be able to bring it home again. But the Caliber team brought it back to life and the car looks brand new! Just absolutely beautiful! There was a lot of delay with some parts, which I know did create frustration for all parties, but they kept me in the know every step of the way and handled everything so gracefully. I couldn’t be more grateful to have done business with them and will recommend them to anyone in the area needing body work!

Originally, this was a 5 star review, but after I got my car back, I had nothing but issues. After leaving the shop, a skirt on the bottom of my car started falling off (which they had been fixing), and when I brought it back, they tried to put the blame on me, and failed, so they had to put it back on as they should. Now, about 2 weeks after this incident (now had my car back for a month) they call back, telling me I owe more money. The way I was treated by (Mike or mark) caliber was outrageous, they demanded more money after it was nobody but their employees fault that they’re missing money. I hadn’t had a job the past couple months, so I had a hard time getting more money that they were alleging that I owed. They threatened me with collections, and asked a series of personal, unrelated questions along with personal attacks. They basically blamed me for them forgetting to do their job multiple times. Wouldn’t recommend caliber to anyone unless you enjoy being scammed and treated awfully. Only gave two stars cuz they got me in earlier than expected. Overall, awful job and I wouldn’t ever come back.
