My spouse had a small door dent in their Bronco Sport and I went about checking some local body shops for estimates to fix. I stopped at Caliber and Tracy in the office is so friendly and pleasant to work with. Having to seek out body work is not something anyone looks forward to doing but Tracy made the experience a good one from the start. They were able to get me solution quickly and we are happy with the result.

Tracy, the receptionist, is exceptionally skilled in her position! She knows all the details but she especially has superior people skills! In my conversations with her on the phone about five times and overhearing other conversations while I waited in a lobby, and seeing her in person twice, she is phenomenal! The only reason people are dealing with this business is because their vehicles are smashed! It's a miserable time and she makes it a little bit softer! I really appreciated her care and her saying things like"it's ok" and "we got you"! 🩷 Highly recommend!

Mike and Tracy were great. Top quality service. They handled my insurance claim and their team did a wonderful job on my repairs.
