I’ve come here several times over the years and the service has been consistently excellent. The administration and communication is clear and efficient. They do high quality work and return your vehicle to you as quickly as possible. Happy to have them here in Pewaukee!

All-around great experience. I used their website to upload photos to get a quote. Received a quote very promptly. Got an appointment scheduled right away. Every staff member that I interacted with was super friendly. Most of my interaction was with Deena, who was very helpful. I had two dents in my hood and a few scratches along the side of my vehicle. The end result was perfect. My vehicle looks brand new. Can’t tell at all that there was any damage. The service was great. The overall experience was great. The communication was great. The final bill ended up being less than the initial estimate, which was a bonus, but even if that hadn’t been the case I would still have nothing but positive things to say about this place. I would absolutely recommend them.

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE! Read the other reviews, they do the same pattern to avoid fixing your vehicle properly. I never expected such as lack of professionalism. I cannot wait to take every opportunity to spread the word of such bad mechanical job done around the community. How on earth could you believe a car with a bad suspension, no front light or fog lights!!! and a leak of engine fluid !!! could be ok to give back to a customer ? DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! Read the other reviews!!! They have the audacity to blame you for it as “ not related to the accident”.

I was very impressed. Came there with a broken grill from a “jeep vs deer”, and they took great care of me. They had a rental car waiting for me, kept me updated on what was going on. They even had my jeep washed and polished, including my wheels all shined up. The staff couldn’t be more friendlier. I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs body work.

This is the second time I brought my vehicle here for work after an accident. My first visit was phenomenal! My second visit left a lot to be desired. First off, there was this kind of overspray all over my dash, all over my infotainment center, all over my seats, steering wheel spedometer cluster, etc.... and my car reeked of paint! After contacting them about this, I also contacted my insurance company since this was a claim. They told me to bring my car back in so they could right their wrongs. I humbly obliged since I found this unacceptable on the first place. I did drop my car off early in the morning on a Friday. I did get a phone call at the end of that day stating my car was finished and I could come pick it up. I was not able to come until Saturday morning and when I arrived there was only one person there at that time. He handed my keys to me and I was on my way. After getting in my vehicle, I noticed that it was not clean at all! Everything that was on my dash and my infotainment center was now smeared and has dried into his hard, unremoveable chunks! It's around every crevice, it is in all my vents, all over my steering column and my spedometer cluster. The absolute worst thing that I found is I now have a burn in my rug! I do not smoke, I have never smoked in my car and nobody else has either! The car has 70,000 miles on it and I got it new! So I'd like to see them explain that one away!! I am beyond upset about this and I will never return here again!
