I called to get a rough quote on my Ford truck I need a Rocker pannel and a floor patch when I called the guy who answered the phone acted like he didn't want or need the work and tried to tell me putting a rocker and a floor patch on a truck was way more difficult then a car? Wouldn't recommend

Mar 24, 2024You can't give a rough estimate on something like that over the phone ,that is something that needs to be looked at in order to give a price and on a truck it is more difficult to do ,sorry you misunderstood what you were told ,that needs to be looked at to give a estimate!We do not turn away work!!!When you call there ask for Ray he will take care of you ,he must not have been there when you called ,sorry for inconvenience!You need to bring vehicle to 2437 w National Ave to get that estimate on your Ford truck,Thank you!

I had saw great reviews online and needed the grille on my car fixed. Ray was extremely helpful and was able to get the part within a day to be able to fix it the next day. They were able to replace the part in just over 30 minutes and my car looks great now. I will definitely be going back if I need other things fixed in the future and will recommend to friends. Thanks for the great surface!
