I experienced excellent customer service, from start to finish, when dealing with the sales people at Town & Country Ford. In addition, it was very easy to deal with the finance people. Overall, a great experience for me.

I always get great service at Town & Country Ford. From the receptionist, to the service department ladies to service techs. They are friendly, polite & helpful.

This is BEST customer service place, with honesty and not being pushy into things needed for your car like every other place Ive been too. Brent is great at his job!

14 hrs from home needing a car. Stressful situation made bearable by the kindness of this dealership. Highly recommend they went above and beyond to ensure things were as stress free as possible for my family.

If you want a place that lacks willing communication, then this is the place for you. I had to call to get updated, and not once I ever received an estimate of completion. I then had to call in to work because I was not given a rental car;two people said they would get me a car rental, and the last said I couldn’t get one. In the end, they didn’t fix the problem because I completely irritated by the situation. I do not recommend.
