The service was knowledgeable and attentive- from the person who greeted me immediately upon my arrival to the technician who explained what he was doing and answered my questions to the manager who was involved throughout. They made helpful suggestions without me feeling like they were trying to sell me. Well done.

Vehicle: 2022 Kia Sorento Visit date: 1/25/2024 The guys there were very helpful and knowledgeable, and made the whole experience comforting. I initially made this a 1-star review because I thought they had broken a part of my vehicle that I forgot I had actually done myself over a year ago. Tim, the district manager was promptly ready and willing to resolve the issue before I had the realization the broken part was my fault. Excellent customer service.

I was in direr straights 100 mi. away from home with a tire going flat and couldn't find a tire store open. I drove to the Jiffy lube and asked if they could fix my tire and they said yes wow but the best part was it was 10 after 6:00 pm and they were closed for 10 minutes, the young man said he would do it for me and I would be on my way . Fantastic service guys and a big Thank You again...

2 hour wait while car in bay for an oil change and fully staffed. Not going back. Pretty consistently bad.
