Maybe they do nice work, didn't get that far though. For my lack of time and space, I asked if they would install rear toe links and a front cv axle that I had on hand and they agreed. Dropped it off Wednesday morning and after I hadn't heard anything by 4pm Thursday, I called and left a message. Got a call back about noon Friday and the guy said he was waiting on a trans seal. I said ok and then asked how the toe links went. He said he didn't install them. So for 3 days they had it and did nothing, so I said I will pick it up. Went inside and the older guy directed me to look at my vehicle on the lift and said "since you're self-diagnosing everything, let's take a look at your vehicle." Then he told me that my CV axle wasn't the problem and I didn't need to replace the toe links. I didn't like the guy's attitude and didn't want him touching my vehicle anymore, so I asked how much I owe for the seal they ordered and the time spent. He said we'll square up when the seal gets in. So I drove away. Picked up the seal a couple days later and asked how much I owe, it was $35 dollars for the seal and $100 for the inspection and diagnoses. I wanted to know why I was charged for the diagnoses when all I wanted was the axle and toe links replaced (which they didn't do), Guy said they were waiting for the seal to do everything and I wouldn't have been charged the inspection if they did the work. The mechanic could've been correct with his diagnoses, but I had already purchased the parts and WANTED them installed. If it turned out I was wrong, then so be it, I didn't need somebody patronizing me on top of not doing the desired work. Next time, try "Hey, I think this isn't the problem. I will replace what you want but it may not solve the issue". Looks like I am the only one with a bad review but that was my experience.
