Got my Porsche out of storage and noticed I had no headlights. Nothing wrong with the bulbs but old wiring that they replaced and now have head lights again. Thanks
We've been going to Gary's for years they are the only place we take our imports. They provide excellent service and are super reasonably priced compared to a dealership.
We have been going to Gary’s Auto in Delafield for several years and have always been pleased with their courteous staff, customer service and auto repairs. Our most recent visit was for a muffler issue on my granddaughter’s SUV. As usual, Max was very helpful and answered all of my questions over the phone and graciously offered to look at the muffler later in the afternoon. Unfortunately, they were not able to repair our muffler, but they did provide a temporary fix on the spot, so that we could drive the vehicle to a muffler shop for repair. Max took the time to explain their findings and make further recommendations.
Extreme friendliness, and they remember who we are and what we need.

I brought in my VW for service due to a check engine light on. I had already read the code and gave that to them. They told me that code and a number of others but said they could not fix the problem. They referred me to the dealership. Unfortunately the dealership will charge me for the exact same service for diagnosis. So I essential spent $150 for nothing at Gary’s. Go somewhere else if you want them to address your problem.

Dec 24, 2023Sam, we're sorry you felt it necessary to give us a bad review. We pride ourselves in having the ability to do advance diagnostics - especially with very advanced European vehicles. However, there are rare instances when it comes to vehicles with newer technology where the manufactures don’t give us the ability to do some repairs, such as software updates. Our customers will often come to us before going to the dealer, because we're usually more affordable & because they trust our analysis and are confident, we won't try to sell them something they don't need. We bill for our time spent and did a thorough job diagnosing your vehicle. I’m happy to discuss the issue further with you if you'd like.
I went to Gary's for years (at least a decade) since I worked just down the street and could easily drop off my car and pick it up when they were finished, but their service is worth way more than the convenience. Their prices are competitive and their service is always top-notch. If there was ever an issue, they would figure it out and contact me with estimates asap. My brother is a master mechanic but lives hours away, after dealing with Gary's for so long I never felt the need to call him for opinions anymore because I know I was being taken care of!
