Don’t go here it’s a scam. Scheduled an oil change 20 days in advance. Originally had a coupon for a free oil change I left in my car. Someone working there took the coupon from my car and threw it out while my car was with them. Dropped off my car first thing in the morning and told them I need my car back for work the following day. I paid $80 to get my oil changed and they didn’t even fill my wiper fluid. I had to miss work because they had the car for almost 2 days for an oil change. Worst oil change experience I’ve ever had.

Nov 24, 2023I’m sorry you had a bad experience. I’d be happy to meet you at the shop and make this right for you as we care that our customers are satisfied. I was surprised by your comments for a few reasons: First, we don’t and never have offered free oil changes. Second, we wouldn’t throw any coupons out that are presented to us. Third, I looked in our system and I saw that your car was dropped off in the morning and billed out at 4:10pm the same day. Last, our technicians are instructed to fill washer fluid on every oil change as this is our standard process. Again, I’m available anytime this week and would really like to have a conversation with you to insure your satisfaction and address the situation. Thank you

I am not a customer but I operate a tow truck and have dropped several cars off at this place over the last several years very nice people healthful and I've heard nothing but positive reviews about them great place to deliver to you get a 10 star for me thanks
