They refused to balance two wheels already on the car just balancing. Not mounting a tire not changing tires nothing, just had to take 2 wheels off to balance and then put them back on the car…. Well they refused because “it’s a Mercedes we don’t touch those cars” ok you’re not touching the car… you’re literally taking 2 metal barrels and making sure they balance right and then put them right back on. So I drove 20 mins just to be told no specify on your website so people with “high end cars” don’t waste their time calling.

Aug 24, 2023First of all Sir the car need to be put up on the lift to take the wheels off, they won’t come off the vehicle by magic trick. Second, appointment was for 3:30pm to 4pm not to 5 minutes before closing. Third, and last one, this is one of the reasons we don’t work on HIGH END CARS (Europeans) just like you said!
The only place I come for my oil changes. They are ready and waiting for me for my 9am appointment. Very friendly staff

I highly recommend Packard Auto! The staff is very personable and extremely helpful and knowledgable. They were able to get my car in the same day and figured out the problem very quickly. This will my new repair shop to continue to go to.
