Things were stolen out of my vehicle and when I called to inform Caliber Collision, I sent the the general manager. He called me back, asked a few questions and said he would look into it. Never called me back. Unacceptable and unprofessional.

They didn't do a good job when they painted my vehicle Plus they didn't communicate well when I specified what I wanted fixed It was gonna upload a photo, but it's raining

This is my second time dealing with Ryan and his team and once again they've exceeded my expectations they were kind considerate thoughtful very helpful and like I said they exceeded my expectations as far as the repair they always seem to go above and beyond I hope to never have to see them again but if I do I know I'll be well taken care of thank you and God bless 🙏🏽👍🏽
