I recently had the wonderful opportunity to check out a speaker at Packard Automotive. As I was there, I was enamored with how clean and organized their shop, lobby and customer lounge are. The owner and staff are absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend to use Packard Automotive for your car or fleet services.

When I call and make an appointment for oil changes, they usually have availability the next day. And whether I wait with it or drop off the car, it’s always quick. They have diagnosed problem rattles that other shops couldn’t fix. I can’t recommend them enough.

Extremely honest, fairly priced, and quick. Even after I moved from cudahy, this is still the only mechanic I will go to.
