I would give this business six stars if I could. If you are in need of auto repair, I highly recommend Jeff's Auto. John and his staff are friendly, helpful, honest and very good at what they do. I have an older minivan which has many miles on it and it is still running perfectly due to the expertise of John and his staff.Give them a call if you have an automotive issue, I'm sure you will be happy with the results.

I started going to Jeff’s Automotive years ago and have built a friendship and trusting relationship with the employees there, I take my cars plus all of my children’s vehicles as well, they are friendly and honest, if you ever have a issue with something they have worked on they fully warranty all there work, great people and awesome work, I personally wouldn’t take any of my families vehicles anywhere else!!

Great place and good staff. Went to get my control arm repaired and they went out of their way to quiet down my exhaust temporarily, until I can afford to fix it. Beyond impressed!!!!

Our college son's Rav4's alternator died, and it was towed to Jeff's. They wanted to charge us $1007 to replace the alternator and the battery!!! Highway robbery, literally!! There was no need to replace the battery once the alternator was fixed. They were easily $500 over the cost of several other auto repair places in the area. Shame on Jeff's Auto for taking advantage of a college kid in a tough spot with his car!

3 major things have gone wrong in a matter of weeks. Jeff's was there, even last minute, to get me back on the road. Great place to go for oil changes and no wait on emissions.

Living in Muskego, I pass a lot of Auto shops to get to Jeff’s Automotive. However, I trust that the work is going to be done correctly, and you can’t say that about a lot of things these days. John and his group of guys are very professional, knowledgeable, and will not try to sell you on things you don’t need. You want a good Auto mechanic, and a great shop? Very Knowledgeable Staff!!!

Paid $160 for an evap diagnostic smoke test. I asked them to mark the leak and quote the repair. They said my charcoal canister was cracked and quoted me $1,000 - They didn't mark the leak, and the problem turned out to be a 30 cent o-ring, and I've passed emissions. Not sure if incompetent or sheisters, but does it really matter which?

They always do a wonderful job for us. It's great to have a place to go where you can trust the work!
