TEN STARS! Jeff's Auto came through when Ewald failed miserably. After two weeks of waiting for Ewald to fix my car, I got fed up and called Jeff's. A FORD dealership could not get a FORD part.... Jeff's had the part in like 30 minutes and my car fixed in like 36 hours... it was AMAZING!! They were straight with me the whole time, called me with an unprompted update, and I never had to leave a message and wait for them.... A professional experience. I made the mistake of believing the internet forums and taking it to the dealership... ooooof! Huge lesson learned... CALL JEFF'S!!!! Note: I'm editing a review I already left.
Called to schedule an appointment for emissions, he told me no appointment needed and to just go in between 9 am and 4 pm. I showed up and was in and out in 15 minutes! The man was a little rough around the edges but other than that it was fast good service.
They did a thorough job and gave me a good deal, but it did take a LONG time to get my oil changed. There seemed to only be a couple guys working and they were doing several jobs at once. So good on them, but it just took a long time since I was waiting.
They got my car in and out same day, amazing service. Highly recommend. I wannan give a Special Thank You to Jeff's auto!! I will be back!
Jeff’s is an honest, reliable place. Our company continually drops off random tires for patching or replacement. They quickly get us back up and running. I highly recommend them.
