Great staff & attention to detail.

I stopped by the shop with minutes of kissing my garage’s concrete pillar with the rear flare on my Armada. Sick didn’t begin to describe my mood, this day. I encountered Mike who was extremely busy, and likely had enough work on-hand to carry him through to this time next year. Nevertheless, Mike very graciously took time out to look at my vehicle, understanding that what we typically need in these situations is comfort and assurance. I received that in spades. Mike suggested I look to purchase the trim piece, bring the vehicle back by and he’d “snap” it on for me. We rarely see this level of service anymore and my guess is, Mike thought nothing of it. I simply want Mike to know how appreciative I am for his altruism.

Looks new again ! I had a cheap job done once and paint was dull ,started chipping… ZIMBRICK did Excellent work ! Professional ! I will never go to a “small damage small price “ body repair again! You get exactly what you pay for ! Body Shop Service very professional and worked directly with insurance with the headaches.

Insurance selected to take my vehicle here after a solo curb accident in March. Estimate and correspondence with insurance took a week, and the tow truck appointment took another week. Actually fixing it took an additional month?! Very unprofessional forms of communication. I Would consistently call for updates and would never get a callback, only poorly grammar-filled emails from the estimator. After waiting 8 weeks to get it back, got it back, and on day 2; shuts off in the middle of a busy intersection! complete safety hazard. Had to pay and call another tow truck!!! Took it back to the shop only to wait 4+ days to conclude it was totaled, could've saved myself almost 2 months of trouble if they had recognized the issue from the start. Avoid this place for repair at all costs!

Brought my 2013 Subaru Outback in for repairs after it was hit while parked. They finished the repairs ahead of schedule and worked directly with my insurance which made it a very easy process. Would recommend!

Brought my vehicle in to get fixed,using insurance company they work with. The Estimate guy looked like he was on drugs! Couldn't keep his eyes open and was gonna fall asleep while talking, looked like he might fall over. I Felt unsafe and not in good hands! He seemed skezzy and sleazy. Not a professional who deals with the public!Didn't do a quality job! Returned my vehicle dirty and low air in tires! Completely unacceptable! Unhappy to say the least!
