Can't even get a hold of the estimator
Their customer service is horrible. They didn’t provide a loaner vehicle and they took way longer than they estimated. They kept lying saying they didn’t get approval from the insurance which the check was already sent to them. Each time I called for an update on when the car would be ready I kept getting forward to which no one answered or called back. If I could give it a 0 star I would.
Not done yet,
We hit a deer that caused extensive damage to the front of our car. Zimbrick communicated with me throughout the repair process and returned my vehicle good as new on their committed deadline.
Rear driver signal light not working properly. Whole lamp replaced. It is either defective, or not installed properly. Have to go back after being there 6 days for service.
I had my bumper and headlight replaced and it looks fantastic. Thank you!
