After struggling with an exhaust leak in my m340i BMW, I decided to try American Imports Inc with the repair, mostly because they were close to my home and I could book an appointment online. Second time being here in two days! Don't be concerned. Been receiving mailers from them for years now, and finally figured I would give them a shot. So pleased that I did. Much cheaper than going to the dealership for routine maintenance. Both vehicles were seen promptly as scheduled. No services were given the "hard sell"! Rather advised. Staff I have dealt with have been courteous, and friendly. The reception area is clean, and comfortable. Also the best music selection I have yet to hear in any business. Update: once again American Imports did not disappoint. Quality and timely service. Friendly reminder of maintenance due, NO high pressure sales. Solid! Update Again: consistently do fine work! Will continue to bring both automobiles to American Imports. No high pressure sales, honest and truthful recommendations on what you need to drive safely. Still the best and would recommend to any and all!
