My first time here and I wish I would have come so much sooner! I honestly was nervous to try them because of their name. How dumb right?! But "imports" are expensive😆 I drive a 26 year old Honda and I thought they would treat me like a bum because of it. I was so wrong! These people are so kind and customer focused. I've never had any mechanic, anywhere ever bring me out to show me what is wrong with my car before just handing me a quote. I used an oil change mailer and got a full synthetic, 5 qt oil change for about $40. Regular price is about $50 plus tax for full synthetic. I've never paid so little for full. When I set up the appointment I explained some concerns. During the change, they reviewed everything and showed me what they were seeing. And didn't charge me to look everything over. I've used another local mechanic several times and they charge $80+ just to look at it. And over there they rush you and try to get you to agree right away. Not at American Imports. This place is awesome, the people are awesome, the service is awesome!

My first experience with American Imports was fantastic. Bre at the front counter was so friendly and explained everything thoroughly. All work was done on-time as promised. I was also provided with a free loaner car, which I really appreciated. Torrey the manager was also very friendly. And Dave the mechanic did a great job, as I followed him from his last long-tenured job. I will definitely go back to American Imports for service.
