Took my car in because of a noise coming from the rear of the car. The manager and the technician listened to what I was saying. The technician drove around the parking lot with another technician running behind. They heard the sound and then put the car onto a lift. After a brief inspection of the rear tire the technician said that the issue was loose lug nuts. Of all the lug nuts on the car all but three needed to be tightened. Car was lowered and I was on my way. The cost for this service: nothing. The previous place I took the car to the day before said that there was nothing wrong. Glad I got a second opinion.

Stopped in for a puncture in my tire. Dustin and Craig got it patched up and I was out the door in under 30 mins. Always amazing service at this location!

Apparently finding mice inside the garage, video taping it, and showing them to your customers is supposed to be funny. Absolutely disgusting.

Friday, 15 minutes before they closed, I call due to a nail in my tire. They told me to swing by and they replaced the tire right away! I was in and out within 15 minutes! They saved me and I was able to get to my destination on time! Amazing Owner and fantastic Crew!!

Car is leaking oil after getting an oil change AND they tried to tell me I needed a new cabin filter even though I had replaced it myself the week before. Pretty awful overall.
