Had a flat from construction debris in the highway. They were able to get me in right away, got the tire fixed, and let me know about the state of my brakes without pushing an upsale. Great service, friendly and fast.

I walked in on a Saturday around noon and was able to get an appointment for Monday morning. They repaired my brake lines, welded a broken exhaust pipe bracket and performed an oil change. Pricing was transparent and reasonable given the size of the repair job. All staff members were very friendly. I'll be back for future services and repairs.

I went in prepared to spend +$500 on new brakes (rotors and pads). Instead, I was advised I still had time and an $80 lubrication would suffice. Honesty and integrity. A rare combination by today's standards. Thanks, guys! I will be back.

Wonderful service! I have been to a handful of "autobody shops" and every time I have had the workers lie to me, try to overcharge me, one place threaten to call the police if I take my car home because "its too dangerous to drive", even though I went in for a oil change and there was nothing wrong with my car, and this Midas is the complete opposite of all my other experiences. Friendly, prices are reasonable and fair, and the work was done in a timely manner! I will always come back here no matter what. I have recommended this Midas to 4 different people now and I just got my car back yesterday! Thank you Midas (Grafton) for the work and wonderful customer service!

I wanted to share a great experience! I went in to have my brakes inspected at Midas Grafton. I always dread this experience because you’re at the mercy of what you’re told. But technician Craig was extremely helpful and took me back to my car to show me and explained what was going on with my vehicle. I didn’t feel up-sold and I didn’t feel confused or concerned about making a repair I didn’t need. I walked away, feeling informed and trusting of him. A great experience due to his style and trustworthiness!

The Midas in Grafton is the best shop I have ever used for my car service. The owner is awesome. She really cares about her clients, and the rest of the staff are friendly and professional.
