Excellent experience! The best dealership I've had service at hands down.The only thing I can complain about is iron fallout in my paint near the place they were working on. Not a big deal, because I have the means and knowledge to remove it, but someone who doesn't might be a little more upset about it. I'm super picky, most probably wouldn't have even noticed it. If there is grinding or cutting, maybe cover that area with a fire blanket or something similar.

I brought my car in for an oil change and routine check up. I was advised at my last check up that my rear brakes likely would need to be replaced by the next check up. That proved to be true. I expected I would have to make a separate appointment to get the brakes done at a later date and bring the car back in. However, Soerens service department managed to get the brakes done while I waited, even though that work was not on their schedule. As always, Tyler was great to work with.

My service advisor, Tyler was so kind and helpful. He even recognized my voice when I called! We have been lifetime customers of Soerens Ford for both purchasing vehicles and servicing them for over 40 years. They are honest and stand behind their work. It truly is the home of the nice guys!

Great Ford dealership! During my ordering & purchase process they were straight shooters. They did not play sales games or add stupid items like ‘paint protection’ to run up the price on my Bronco. MSRP on the ordered Bronco. Highly recommend Matt in sales if you need a Ford!

We found the car that we wanted here, we dealt with two lovely people who were Pete and Adam. We got a price with them over email/text and the trade was extremely low, Adam suggested bringing in for an in person appraisal so we did! That is where things went south quickly, we were greeted by a man who I believe to be new car sales manager Joe, he yelled at us for even bringing it in and in front of a child, what a quality man. Anyways the price on trade came up another $4k so rather than risk round 2 of getting told off we just agreed to put our name on it as it was easier than an escalation with my daughter. For a women owned dealership I am sure surprised you have such horrid people working for you and acting up in front of a child, an embarrassment to women owned companies everywhere having him employed. The reviewer who stated “ home of the attitudes” was right on the money. With the economy in its current climate hopefully we will see some dealers change their attitude.

My husband had his tires rotated and balanced on his Ford F150 and the service tech did an incredible job! The truck drives so nice now and the truck feels so smooth, has not been like that for a long time! We were very happy 😊 Ashton was the name on the invoice, thanks again Soerens Ford! a new truck again

Another great experience at Soerens Ford. Tyler is always so friendly and accommodating in service and always takes great care of me and my car.
