Review of service department only…needed a last minute oil change before a road trip. Not my regular dealership but they got me in within a days notice and treated me as if I’ve been a long time customer. The advisor was friendly and knowledgeable. During service they noticed my truck had an open recall and resolved the issue and oil change within an hour. Quick, friendly, and exactly what I needed.

This was the best car buying experience I had since I purchased my first new car in 1972! Nice looking dealership, friendly, and true professional staff. This was an internet sale. The dealership is located in Brookfield, Wisconsin, I flew in from my home in Falls Church, Virginia. The salesman picked me up at the airport, we test drove the car, closed the sale, and I left the dealership in just a few hours to drive home. I just went there yesterday to look at a new F250 diesel I called about. I had 2 vehicles to trade in that I knew exactly were worth from other dealerships I was shopping at that were Ford. The sales rep was honest and did a good job making me feel comfortable for the test drive, but when it came time to appraisals on my trade ins, I was nothing more short of insulted. Before they even got to work, he gave me a low ball KBB offer that I knew was far off from what they could actually gave me and what my truck was worth. My 2nd truck, they pulled into their shop without my approval for 1, and 2, tried telling me there were multiple issues wrong with my truck, including the 4x4 not working. Well, that wasn't the case at all. After they told me they couldn't make a deal and told me to get my 4x4 checked out, they vowed saying their so called mechanic of 30 years and sales manager couldnt get my truck into 4WD when they test drove it. So when I left, before leaving the parking lot, I wanted to double check that was a valid statement. Well that was a lie, as my 4WD engaged right away when I pulled off putting it into gear. I was dumb founded by this dealer trying to undervalue my vehicles with todays market value and the uprise in vehicle pricing coming in the next couple months. Im very glad I didnt do business with them and would not recommend buying from them. Very poor experience. If you need a new or used Ford, Id recommend going to Ford Lynch in Mukwonago.

I can’t thank Doug enough for helping me make the best decision ever to get a 2023 Ford Bronco! Very large vehicle, but so enjoyable to drive. For anyone with dogs. This vehicle does fit dog kennels and you are still able to see out the rear view mirror! Major plus

We had a great experience with the service department. After going to Lake Ford several times for a warranty repair and being treated poorly, we decided to visit Soerens. Barb in the service department was fantastic! She called regularly with updates, always has answers and listened to questions, and if she didn’t, she’d find the answer or work with us to find it. We accomplished more with Soerens in two weeks than we accomplished with Lake Ford over the last year and a half with our vehicle, and most importantly, we had the repair work done we had been looking for.

Will do the work and then charge you more then written estimate wkth authorization. Had been a good dealership in which I entrusted multiple vehicles too. NEVER AGAIN. Poor at best communication. Out of pocket bill was 50%+ higher then it was supposed to be via estimate. Was told we figured we had your authorization....noooo you had basic authorization for diagnostics not to charge me more money and then demand that money after the work has been completed. I paid the bill and will never ever do business with these shady ppl again.
