I went to their drive in service garage for low tire warning light & a bad wiper blade on a cold snowy day. Greeted by Glen, explained my needs & was directed to the customer lounge to wait. In a very short time the work was completed & I was on my way. Great service!

I bought a used 2015 Dodge Caravan from Fillback at the end of 2023. 2 months into 2024 I have spent over $2,000 dollars on repairs for 4 different issues. Then they have the audacity to ask me to leave them a google review! Well this is my honest feedback, beware buying used cars from these guys. Whatever checks they are doing is not sufficient. The service department is a pleasure to work with, however.

Let me tell you how amazing my experience has been so far. I bought my Tahoe a year and a half ago and have had a few issues with it. Brought it in the first time and needed some work done that was kind of pricey. Ryan went above and beyond and said they would not charge for it due to me only having it a week. This week my transmission went out on it and I am so thankful they got it in right away and Todd called to tell me it was covered under the warranty I had and it would get done ASAP. Very fast and efficient. I am thankful they are looking out for me. Julie is the best lady I could have dealt with also. ❤️
