Took my car to get Wheel bearing that sounded bad. They looked it over and confirmed that it was a wheel bearing took care of it Way ahead of time. Everybody is super nice. misty was super helpful

I scheduled an appointment to get a couple recalls done b4 I headed back to Texas. They ordered parts, changed my oil and fixed a couple issues I was having. They gave me a loaner vehicle so I wouldn't have to stay there all day. They were very nice and professional. I would recommend Fillback Ford if you are needing any work done. 5 stars.

My experience was excellent - friendly and helpful staff. I was told things up front by the service man. He explained everything to me. Every staff person was friendly - I am older so I certainly appreciated the tone that was set by all.

Had a Serpentine belt start to come apart on my F350, called them, they had the ability to work on it the next day, and went above and beyond to find a tensioner that they did not have in stock to have it repaired on that one day. Very Nice Glen!

I have had our Jeep Gladiator serviced at Fillback since we purchased it in 2021. We have always received great customer service the work is done professionally by certified technicians. Recently, we had to get new tires and Jaime in the parts department was very patient and helpful in selecting the best tires for our use.
