No quisieron venir a sacarme de la nieve. No había ninguna tormenta de nieve en aquel momento, el DOT dijo que no había ninguna restricción y ustedes fueron avisados de ello. De hecho, otra compañía vino y nos sacó poco después de que ustedes se negaran.

Feb 24, 2024The reason was not that we did not want to come out and help. We were in a blizzard and there was a tow ban in effect which deterred us to come out. We did inquire at the time to local law enforcement and stated if it was out of the direct contact of the roadway it would need to wait. We strive to help whoever we can, whenever we can. This was an unfortunate occasion that was directly out of our control.
Service of my truck is great
Took friend Tim and second time dealing with them honest reliable service.
My husband had waited on AAA for over 6 hours. Finally called Bob's Towing and he had him hooked up and back to us in 35 minutes.
We were on a motorcycle trip when our Ural motor locked up, They were there to get us quickly and took us back to their shop, were they helped us get a uhal, even letting us use their car to pick it up. They helped us load the bike. Not so easy as it has a sidecar, giving us tie downs to secure it and has we were leaving the uhal wouldn't start so they jumped it. There friendly service made a bad day tolerable. They go above and beyond in service and friendly people, even the young boy that sat with me and talked about the bike. On a scale of one to ten they get 100 percent.

Mechanics are very knowledgeable, thorough and honest.
