I would leave 10 stars if possible. Pete and his highly qualified team at Spillanes have been immensely helpful, thorough and supportive while working on my vehicle. Pete gave me extremely reasonable prices, but also made me feel safe and reassured. I regularly drive with children in my car and that feeling of ease knowing they are in good hands because my car is, is the most important thing to me. Thank you, thank you, Pete!
Very disappointed with the service. Only a couple of weeks after a tow, my 5 year old car suddenly has problems with the tires and braking system. My mechanic noted that the break pads themselves are great and have lots of life in them, but that the system itself seems to be damaged and not working properly. My car just had routine maintenance done to it with an inspection and there was no note of any of these issues prior. I have a hard time believing any of this happened from normal wear and tear between the recent inspection and now as my car is hardly driven and averages ~200 miles a month. $1000 later and I am back up and running.
Every time I have to deal with these tow truck drivers they are total a holes.
Left my bumper bent on the car, other than that they delivered and skillfully parked the vehicle, if it wasn’t for the bumper damage than it would be a 5 star!

Contracted out through an another company. AWD vehicle was towed with only two front tires lifted. Could hear the whole AWD system being destroyed as the driver took off.
Recently I required a service call for an early morning dead battery. I called AAA and a driver from Spillanes came right out. He got me started and I was able to visit their shop and a new battery was installed immediately. I was under a time constraint for work so I greatly appreciated their quick action. They were very helpful and I would recommend them.
